Ihor Mudryk Ukrainian advocate, international lawyer

Your case is in Ukraine, but you live abroad? No need to travel.

I am a Ukrainian advocate and handle cases online for Ukrainians living in the EU. I quote the fee before any work begins.

Within a working day I will reply free of charge: whether I can help, what is needed and what it costs. You can also write to me on WhatsApp.

What has happened?

Choose your situation to see what I do and what I need from you.

How your case moves forward

From your first message to the end of the case, you do not travel to Ukraine.

  1. You message me

On Telegram or WhatsApp, briefly: which country you are in, what happened and whether you have a letter or document.

  2. Free reply

Within a working day: whether I can help, what is needed and what it costs.

  3. Consultation, 1 hour

40 €, by video call. If I then take on your case, this amount is credited towards the fee.

  4. No trip needed

You sign documents at a consulate or with a local notary. I file claims through Ukraine’s Electronic Court, and hearings take place by video link.

How you follow your case

There is no separate client portal or app: I message you personally about every step.

Here is how it looks if you need a power of attorney from abroad.

Every case is different, so I quote the fee for handling it once I understand your situation and before any work begins.

First reply

Free

Within a working day: whether I can help, what is needed and an estimated fee.

Consultation, 1 hour

40 €

A review of your situation, options and risks by video call. Credited towards the fee if I then take on your case. A written plan can be ordered separately.

Handling your case

By agreement

I give the exact price before work begins. In complex matters, such as court cases, payment can be split into instalments.

Prices are in euro. Court fees, state duty, notary and translation costs are paid separately. I send the contract and invoice online; payment by card or SEPA transfer.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to travel to Ukraine?

In most cases, no. You sign documents at a consulate or with a local notary, and I handle the case from there.

How much does the first reply cost?

A short reply in the messenger is free: whether I can help and what it will cost. A detailed review takes place at a consultation for 40 €.

How do I pay from the EU?

By card in euro or by SEPA transfer. I send the contract and invoice online.

Do you work with the law of other countries?

I am a Ukrainian advocate and an international lawyer by training. I handle cases under Ukrainian law, including those with a foreign element: documents from abroad, apostille, inheritance and divorce when the parties live in different countries. On temporary protection or residence permits, I help with documents and explain your country’s requirements based on official sources. If you need a local lawyer, I can suggest whom to contact.

Do you help people avoid mobilisation?

No. I work within the law: I check the grounds for deferral or removal from the military register, help prepare documents correctly and challenge unlawful decisions.

How can I check that you are an advocate?

My details are in the Unified Register of Advocates of Ukraine: search for “Мудрик Ігор Олександрович” (the register is in Ukrainian). Certificate No. 004776 dated 23.05.2022.

Do you guarantee the outcome?

No. The outcome also depends on the bank, the court or the enforcement officer. You will get an honest assessment of the risks and a clear plan.

What about confidentiality?

Everything you tell me is protected by legal professional privilege. Please do not send documents via Instagram; Telegram, WhatsApp or e-mail are better.
